1. All payments are to be made in advance (after the consultation and before the session).
2. Once the payment is made your session will be scheduled, according to availability of the slots.
3. Working hours are 10am – 8pm (EEST). No calls or messages will be responded to outside of the working hours noted above.
4. Abusive, rude, and inappropriate behavior on the client’s behalf automatically leads to cancellation of session, without any refund.
5. Any decision the client takes before or after the session will solely be their responsibility.
6. The session may be rescheduled due to any reason from either parties with prior notice. If it is canceled by the client due to any given reasons, no refund will be issued. If the session is canceled by the practitioner, a full refund will be issued through the original method of payment, or another date and time can be selected.
7. Prices for services are subject to change without notice. The practitioner reserves the right at any time to modify or cease a service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. The practitioner shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or services removed from menu.
